"Healing comes when we choose to walk away from darkness and move towards a brighter light" (Dieter F. Uchtdorf).
Therapy is not an easy process, but my hope is that by enduring the challenge of therapy you will recognize your strength and utilize that strength as a tool to grow and move away from any darkness that is an obstacle for you. My focus is on meeting you on your journey towards brighter days, so you will be supported, witnessed, and affirmed.
