Health and healing are journeys. We are always honored to help our clients recover from the devastation robbing them of the ability to trust themselves and/or others. This group will help you to make improvements in the relationships area of your life. You will discover and apply the necessary and adequate tools to help you manage the dynamics which keep you stuck. If you experience an inability to trust yourself or others, or too much naivete when trusting others at the detriment of yourself then this group is for you.

This group will help you to learn skills such as how to:
Join us! You too can heal from trauma, manage difficult relationships in your life, overcome mental health challenges, surmount sober set-backs, and improve your self-esteem with support, insight, and guidance.
Group cost is $50.00 per session; however if you need a sliding fee scale to make the group affordable, please let us know. This may also be covered by some insurances; however you need to pay a deposit of $50.00 on the group in case your insurance does not cover it.

**Also you do not have to own a copy of each book we will have some copies on hand during group or will screenshot for use virtually for daily reading; however I will encourage you to buy your own copy of facing love addiction to make notes.
Thinking you don't feel comfortable in groups? So, why group work? Well there are many reasons, here are a few:
- No longer feeling isolated and alone when going through relationship stressors.
- Learning with and from your peers, and sharing with them your learning process and progress.
- Being in a community of other fellow travelers, who are also on the journey to relationship health.
- Learning to share, practice, and build intimacy with others which might not be natural, normal or comfortable to you.
- Learn to allow yourself and others to explore sexual expression or orientation without harsh judgement or criticism
- Learn to understand the moral and spiritual/religious conditions guiding you to or hindering a healthy relationship to sexual identity, expression, or choices.
- Learn about before, during, and after care for self-love and self-soothing after difficult conversations, trying on new behaviors or sex acts, or discovering hard truths about yourself and other loved ones.
- Sharing in a safe environment with facilitators (counselors/coaches) who are trained to support your individual health goals as well as keep the group safe.
This group will help you to learn skills such as how to:
- uncover/discover, protect, share, and love yourself when in relationship others;
- develop the language and skills to get to know others to determine how, when, or if they will be healthy companions in your life;
- identify when and how you might be standing in your own way of healthy love;
- learn how to date, marry, and continue partnership with romantic prospects or current spouses/partners;
- accept the support and comfort you need to have the courage to look at damaging or hurtful dynamics within your family and early life which might still be causing you relational trauma;
- manage yourself (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially...) in relationships, by saying yes to opportunities which invite health, and no to possibilities which might cause relapse in your health and recovery journey; and
- discover/develop a healthy sexual identity, sexual expression, and make choices about what is right for your life right now and in the future--also understanding past choices around sexuality; and how these choices line up with other values such as your spirituality, morality, and higher self or purpose.
